We are seeking an PM part‑time busser to grow along with our company, and to be a part of the culture that puts its people first! We are looking for a customer service professional who is passionate about hospitality and specifically creating a top notch experience for all of our guests through back of the house service in food and beverage. This is an opportunity to combine your can‑do attitude with a passion for service. If this describes you and you love what you do, we are interested in talking to you. Responsibilities Demonstrate your ability to be a team player Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting Promptly and consistently reset all service‑ware as prescribed Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary Practice Teamwork and Clean as you go policies Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning Attend monthly departmental meetings Memorize table numbers and seat numbers of the dining room and bar Follow opening & closing side sheet for food runner position Shift Information This is a 2nd shift position working in our fine dining restaurant The Dan. #J-18808-Ljbffr
