Clinical Team Lead - Mental Health Unit

Responsibilities The Clinical Team Leader (CTL) oversees patient care, procedures, and processes within a mental health inpatient unit, ensuring safety and optimal resource utilization. They coordinate work and resources, monitor patient flow with clinical logistics and crisis services, and evaluate care outcomes against standards. The CTL may contribute to staff evaluations, provide education, and support de‑escalation and safety initiatives, without exercising supervisory control over employment decisions. Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing. Active Ohio RN license. CPR certification. At least 3 years of healthcare experience. Full‑time night shifts, part‑time day shifts, and weekend/holiday rotations.
