Smithey Ironware is seeking an HR Generalist to run day-to-day People operations across production, warehouse, and office teams. You’ll manage HRIS and records, benefits, and compliance while handling first-line employee relations and hiring activities. The role reports to the HR Manager and supports onboarding, IT setup, and offboarding.
