We’re hiring a Manager, Retail Marketing Operations (RMO) to act as a strategic partner to dealership leaders across, Tennessee and Georgia. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role—you’ll be in the business, shaping strategy, influencing outcomes, and directly impacting performance across up to 25 stores. If you’re equal parts strategist, operator, and data-driven storyteller, this is where you make your mark. Location : Tennessee & Georgia, must reside within region Regional Travel Required Compensation Range: $80,000–$125,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. What You’ll Do Drive performance: Lead marketing strategies that improve sales, aftersales, profitability, and customer loyalty across stores Build loyalty: Develop programs and campaigns that strengthen retention and enhance the customer experience Leverage data: Turn insights and scorecard metrics into actionable strategies and measurable results Partner with leaders: Advise Store Leaders and collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and vendors Execute campaigns: Oversee content and campaigns that drive engagement and performance Optimize & adapt: Use analytics, market trends, and testing to continuously improve outcomes Champion alignment: Ensure consistency with company initiatives while acting as a key resource for stakeholders What You’ll Bring Experience in automotive marketing, dealership operations, or multi-location retail marketing (2-5 years) Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies Ability to turn data into action (Google Analytics, CRM tools, reporting platforms) Confidence working directly with leadership and influencing decisions We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including: Competitive pay Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Holidays PTO: 80 hours at time of hire Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Lithia Learning Center Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs For a more detailed view, visit: High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
