Senior Helpers of Dayton is seeking compassionate caregivers who can work weekends to provide quality care to our clients. We are urgently hiring caregivers to join our team in Centerville, Dayton, Springfield, Xenia, Urbana, New Carlisle, Tipp City, Kettering, and Clinton County, with immediate openings available across these areas. What We Offer :

• Earn more for premium hours: Weekday nights come with +$1/hr (6 pm to 6 am) , weekend days +$1.50/hr (6 am to 6 pm) , and weekend nights +$2/hr (6 pm to 6 am), a great way to boost your paycheck.
• Flexible Schedules : Work when it’s convenient for you.
• Competitive Pay : Up to $16 per hour, based on experience.

Job Requirements :

• Driver’s License and reliable  vehicle (must have car insurance).
• Ability to be  reached by phone or messages to get shift details.
• Experience is preferred , but not required – we provide training.
• Compassion, dependability, and a caring nature are essential.
• Must be available to maintain a consistent weekly schedule of 20+ hours; part-time and full-time opportunities offered.
• Being at least 18 years old.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Administer medication reminders and assist with mobility as needed
