Responsibilities include providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate client growth and healing, maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and support, engaging in ongoing professional development and training to stay current in the field, participating in community outreach and educational programs to promote mental health awareness, and providing crisis intervention and support as needed to clients in distress.

Requirements include a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field, current and valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent), experience in providing therapy to diverse populations and age groups, strong understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional growth, and passion for helping others and promoting mental wellness.

Compensation: $69,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year.
