Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapist

Assess, plan, and implement rehabilitative programs to improve patients' daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion. Develop and revise treatment plans with patient and family input, providing education, discharge instructions, and referrals as needed. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment goals and discharge plans. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge information following departmental protocols. Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and effective communication with team members. Participate in staff meetings, ongoing education, and professional development activities. Ensure safe, cost-effective use of materials and equipment, adhering to infection control policies. Deliver excellent customer service, fostering teamwork and positive patient experiences using AIDET principles. Perform additional duties as assigned, complying with organizational policies and standards.
