About the Role This position is ideal for a lash specialist who enjoys delivering high-quality classic and volume lash services in a professional spa environment. You’ll work independently while being supported by a collaborative team and a front desk that manages scheduling and client flow. Lash specialists at K Bella are responsible for maintaining their own professional lash product line, arriving prepared for each appointment, and creating a clean, welcoming experience for every guest. Maintaining your workspace and assisting with end-of-day cleanliness in shared spa areas is part of supporting the overall client experience. What We’re Looking For Applicants must be a licensed esthetician in the state of Michigan and be confident performing both classic and volume lash services. We’re looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and client-focused, with a strong interest in continued education and staying current with lash trends and techniques. Whether you’re growing your clientele or bringing an existing following, this role provides the structure and visibility needed to succeed.
