Sales Representative - Entry Level (No Experience Required)

Location: In-person, New Brunswick, NJ 

Compensation: $45,000 – $150,000 per year (base salary plus uncapped commission) 

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays

What you'll do

• Represent Presidential Exteriors in the community as a trusted brand ambassador
• Introduce homeowners to eco-friendly, high-quality home improvement solutions
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales goals
• Learn advanced communication and negotiation techniques through hands-on coaching
• Participate in weekly training camps and leadership development
• Grow into leadership and mentorship roles as you master your craft

What we're actually looking for

• You can hold a conversation with someone you just met
• You want to be coached, not left alone
• You're competitive and you show up consistently
• You want to run a team eventually, not just hit quota

No sales experience required. No degree required. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Base salary of $45,000 – $150,000 per year, including uncapped commission
