Licensed Practical Nurse LPNWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Highlands Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Birmingham, AL. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the rehabilitation and wellness journey of our patients.Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoringAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and feedingCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plansMonitor and report patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or changesMaintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatmentsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomesRequirements:Current LPN licensure in the state of AlabamaNew graduates welcome to apply!Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and empathetic approach to patient careAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelinesWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and supportive work environmentComprehensive benefits package (details to be provided)
