Dental Receptionist

Overview Dental Receptionist - Microsurgical Endodontics We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in creating an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our practice. We are a busy endodontic practice that values teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate patient care. Our team works closely together to ensure every patient feels welcomed, supported, and well cared for throughout their visit. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, personable, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment. At least one year of experience is required. Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of experience as a Dental Receptionist Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications We Offer Competitive Compensation Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts Life & Disability Insurance Employee Assistance & Wellness Programs Additional Voluntary Benefits And More! The salary range for this role is $27-$30 per hour.
