Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fertility Physician Specialist located at Reproductive Fertility Center in Riverside, CA. The specialist will provide patient evaluations, perform fertility treatments such as IVF, egg retrievals, and embryo transfers, and create personalized treatment plans. The role also involves collaborative patient care discussions, staying current on advancements in reproductive medicine, and contributing to research in areas such as ovarian reserve, ovulation induction, and other fertility-related fields. The individual will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care, ensuring a personalized and supportive experience for every patient. Qualifications Board certification or eligibility in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and Obstetrics and Gynecology In-depth knowledge of fertility treatments, including IVF, egg donation, ovulation induction, and oocyte preservation Strong clinical skills in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment related to reproductive and endocrine health Proven ability to use cutting-edge technology and follow evidence-based practices for fertility care Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills to build trust and provide compassionate patient care Experience in or willingness to contribute to clinical research and publications in reproductive medicine Commitment to teamwork and collaboration within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment Dedication to patient-centered care and supporting diverse individuals and couples on their parenthood journeys Active medical license in the state of California (or eligibility for licensure)
