Shortage Control Lead - Full-Time

Burlington - - Responsibilities: Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors throughout the store by demonstrating a command presence through role modeling impression of control; Assist store leadership in onboarding and ongoing training of shortage reduction programs and processes; Conduct store audits and monitor point of sale transactions to promote Asset Protection programs; Identify and report theft incidents and gather indicators of external theft to share with leadership and local law enforcement as needed; Engage with customers and associates to promote safe, secure store environment and reduce shortage in high-risk areas
