Inventory Cycle CounterThe Inventory Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counting, inventory research, and discrepancy resolution. This role prepares and conducts cycle counts, verifies product locations and quantities, enters count results into Oracle, and maintains a minimum 98% accuracy rate. The position requires the ability to use warehouse equipment and inventory tools, interpret Tableau and Oracle reports, identify root causes of discrepancies, and ensure inventory is properly organized and documented while following established warehouse, safety, and company procedures.Hours: Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PMBase hourly pay: $18.00Duties and Responsibilities:Understand the Oracle Cycle Count processConduct cycle count preparation to include documentation and tool preparationIdentify warehouse locations and areas to countIdentify product and unit of measures to count inReview areas for all inventory and ensure materials are in proper locationsUtilize counting tools including weigh counting scalesConduct cycle counts and provide accurate count informationUpdate paperwork to provide calculated totals for final count numbers and enter totals into OracleReport discrepancies and any damaged product to supervisorMaintain at least a 98% degree of accuracy in count and data entryMay be called on to provide second count auditsOther tasks as required to support teamUpdate containers with accurate partial quantitiesResearch inventory discrepanciesUnderstand and applies good work habits while cycle countingUnderstands basic root cause error reportingComplete other inventory duties as assigned by Supervisor or ManagerUnderstand Tableau reports on item statusProperly identify LPN's, stack and prep pallets for liquidationOperate warehouse equipment such as scissor lifts, forklifts, cherry picker, and pallet jacksAdhere to all company policies, guidelines, and safety proceduresBenefits and Perks:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany paid short term disability and life insurancePaid holidays and floating holidaysPTO401(k) with company matchTuition ReimbursementThe company will provide accommodation to applicants, including those with disabilities, during the recruitment process, in accordance with applicable laws.The hourly base compensation for this position is $18.00.Qualifications:Ability to work 6AM - 2:30PM, Monday through Friday.Proficiency with basic math skillsExcellent time management skills with the ability to work self-directedAbility to lift, move and open heavy boxes up to 50lbsAbility to work in high and at times cramped space, regularly required to stand, bend, reach, climb and move about the warehouseAbility to regularly operate personal computers and hand held devices and is comfortable with software packages such as Oracle EBS and Microsoft Excel and Word.Experience operating a forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker or the ability to learn.Reliable transportation is required to travel between company warehouse locations in Springville, UT and Lindon, UT as needed.
