About the Position

Job Title: Nurse House Supervisor Profession: Client Child Health (MCH) Specialty: Labor & Delivery (LD) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience required. Five or more years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery preferred. One year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last two years preferred. License: Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided. Certifications: Basic Life Support Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program Must-Have: ACLS Description: The Nurse House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and coordinating patient care. The role requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills. The Nurse House Supervisor will ensure that high-quality patient care is provided in the Labor and Delivery unit. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential to support comprehensive care for maternal and neonatal patients. This position requires a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient healthcare environment. Candidates should exhibit a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with a focus on maternal-child health.
