Senior Accountant (Multiple roles)

SNI Financial is partnering with a premier real estate developer to hire multiple Senior Accountants to support corporate accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement across a multi-entity platform. What You'll Do: Support month-end close, financial statement prep, and variance analysis across 40+ entities Record corporate entries (accruals, eliminations, fee income) and perform reconciliations Manage overhead allocations, coding structures, and project accounting setup Maintain fixed assets and support budgeting and forecasting processes Partner cross-functionally to improve systems, reporting, and controls Drive process improvements through automation and best practices What We're Looking For: Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA or parts passed required 2-4 years of progressive experience; public accounting experience is preferred Real estate or investment accounting experience is a plus Strong Excel and ERP experience (JD Edwards preferred) Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) is a plus This is a high-visibility role in a fast-growing environment, ideal for candidates who bring public accounting rigor and a continuous improvement mindset.
