3rd Shift Production Supervisor

4-Day Workweek Schedule (Tuesday - Friday)

As a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the manufacturing operations within a designated area, ensuring efficient production processes, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of products. You will be responsible for managing a team of production workers, implementing operational procedures, and optimizing productivity while maintaining a safe working environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Team Leadership involving, but not limited to, supervise, train & motivate production team.
* Collaborate with management to develop schedules, allocate resources effectively, and meet production targets.
* Implement & enforce quality control measures. Identify process improvement while maintaining safety culture.
* Monitor inventory levels
* Prepare regular reports regarding soil production metrics
* Address production issues, troubleshoot equipment malfunction & resolve conflicts within the production team
* Foster effective communication between departments to meet production goals
* Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies & best practices

*Requirements*

* Proven experience (3-5 years) in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least (2 years) in a supervisory or leadership role.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Excellent understanding of production procedures, quality control principles, and health & safety regulations.
* Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office Suite.
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
