Restaurant General Manager

The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring that the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The RM works with his/her leader to set the restaurant's goals and builds a plan to achieve those goals. Requirements Previous Leadership Experience is required, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
