Job Summary and Responsibilities Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) is expanding our collaborative primary care team with a 1.0 FTE advanced practice provider (APP) in Federal Way, Washington. Aspects Of The Advanced Practitioner Role Integrative primary care model: Embedded pharmacists, social workers, and psychiatry providers collaborate as part of the primary care team to deliver coordinated, patient‑centered care. Compensation Range: $136,600 - $167,000 /year Team Overview Work with physicians, APPs, nurses, medical assistants, and clinical support staff who are all committed to the VMFH mission of improving patient health and wellbeing. Job Requirements Nurse Practitioner 1+ years primary care APP experience preferred. Washington State Registered Nurse License and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License required. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers may be required, as well as prescriptive authority. Physician Assistant 1+ years primary care APP experience preferred. Certification as a Physician Assistant with prescriptive authority in Washington required. DEA and NPI numbers may be required, as well as prescriptive authority.
