TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a permanent Urgent Care opportunity in Northshore, Tennessee. This position offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to provide high-quality care in a busy outpatient urgent care setting. Providers will treat patients ranging from 6 months old through adulthood, with a focus on acute illnesses, physicals, diagnostic services, and minor procedures.

Schedule: Flexible 3–4 day work week Block scheduling available

Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Weekends: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries.
• Perform school, sports, annual, and pre-employment physicals.
• Administer vaccinations.
• Interpret X-rays and laboratory results.
• Perform minor procedures under local anesthesia.
• Provide episodic care and diagnostic services for patients from 6 months old through adulthood.
• Document patient encounters and treatment plans in the EMR.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and quality care.

Practice Environment:

Outpatient urgent care setting. On-site CLIA-approved laboratory and digital X-ray services. Additional provider support as patient volume increases. Clinical focus on acute care, physicals, diagnostics, and minor procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• Board certification and applicable state licensure required for the provider's discipline.
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Active DEA registration.
• Current DOT certification or willingness to obtain.
• Civil Surgeon designation or willingness to obtain.
• CAQH registration.
• Must be eligible for credentialing with major payors.
