Trusted Talent is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for an outpatient locum assignment in Wellsville, NY. This is a full-time Monday-Friday opportunity caring for an adult patient population in a well-established primary care clinic with a balanced schedule of clinical and administrative time. Key Details Start Date: October 2026 Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Clinical Time: 36 hours/week Administrative Time: 4 hours/week Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Patient Population: Adults (18+) with an emphasis on geriatric care Compensation: $180/hour Travel: Travel reimbursement provided Malpractice Coverage: Provided Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care Conduct annual wellness visits, routine physicals, and preventive screenings Diagnose and treat acute illnesses Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and thyroid disease Prescribe medications and manage refills Administer immunizations and preventive care services Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Active New York medical license DEA required BLS certification Working Hours Monday-Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 36 clinical hours plus 4 administrative hours each week No call No weekends Skills Outpatient Internal Medicine Adult & Geriatric Medicine Preventive Care Chronic Disease Management Acute Care Evaluation & Treatment Medication Management EMR Documentation Patient Education Team Collaboration
