About the Position

Our client in Arizona is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to begin a 40-day assignment. This role involves covering a flexible schedule across seven days a week, including a mix of 3-day/12-hour and 4-day/10-hour shifts, to manage general family practice duties, including both walk-in and scheduled patients. You will address acute conditions, sick visits, well child checks, removals, and lacerations in a primary care clinic setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive general family practice care to a diverse patient population
• Manage a mix of walk-in and scheduled patient appointments efficiently
• Evaluate and treat acute conditions, sick visits, and perform well child checks
• Execute minor procedures including removals and laceration repair
• Operate effectively as part of a primary care clinic with urgent care characteristics

• Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
• Patients per day: Averages 20-30 patients per 12-hour shift
• LOA: 40 days
• Staffing Mix: 2 other providers, 3 MAs + Support staff, with sole provider coverage on Saturday/Sunday shifts
