Our agency is expanding, and we're seeking passionate individuals to join us on our journey. With an office in Harahan, Louisiana we offer flexible scheduling, a supportive work environment, and plenty of fun along the way. As part of our team of four seasoned bilingual professionals, you'll have the chance to engage with clients all over the state, helping them discover their insurance needs. Role Description

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Barcley Steib - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
