Schedule: Day and night shifts; physicians 7a-7p (2 on), 7p-7a (1 on); APP 7a-7p
Patient Volume: 7a census 41.3; day admits 8.8; 48 encounters/day; day shift census 14.7 with 15.6 encounters
EMR: Oracle Health (Cerner)
Required Procedures/Skills: No procedures required
Board Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in IM or FM
Licensure Requirements: Active DC license, DEA, and CSR required
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days; temps case by case for clean files
Additional Details: Acute care hospital; Level III trauma; 136 med/surg beds (expandable to 184); 20 bed closed ICU staffed 24/7 by intensivists; hospitalists respond to codes when available
