Responsibilities listed may not apply to all locations Maintains the landscaping of the resort Maintains lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation including trimming, fertilizing, etc. Operates and maintains hand tools efficiently Keeps grounds free from trash, litter, debris Empties all trash receptacles Conducts basic irrigation audits and performs basic irrigation repairs Removes snow using shovel or snowblower Assists with any maintenance task as needed All other duties as requested Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Minimum of 1‑year groundskeeping experience or related field Valid Driver’s license Proficient in using manual and power hand tools Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and follows laws and regulations Capital Vacations is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
