Field Service Representative

Location: Home-based field position located in or near Greater Chicago

Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus opportunities

A Hands-On Service Career with an Established Customer Base

Gurtler Industries is seeking a Commercial Laundry Field Service & Sales Representative to support established commercial laundry customers throughout the Greater Midwest, including Illinois and Indiana territory involving regional travel.

This is primarily a customer service and technical field-support position. Approximately 80% of the role involves servicing existing customer accounts, maintaining automated chemical dispensing systems, troubleshooting equipment, training customer employees, and helping customers improve laundry performance.

The remaining portion of the role involves identifying opportunities to provide additional products, services, and solutions to existing customers.

This is not a traditional office or remote sales position. The successful candidate will work from a home-based location and travel regularly to customer facilities throughout the assigned territory.

Because our representatives work independently and our managers also maintain sales responsibilities, candidates with previous commercial laundry or closely related field-service experience will receive strongest consideration.
