Payroll Analyst Seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The role involves payroll processing, payroll data audits, SAP system updates, compliance support, reporting, and employee payroll issue resolution. Location: Los Angeles, CA 90038 // New York, NY 10036 (On-site) Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Pay Rate: ($45-$48) hourly The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable. Qualifications: 3+ years of payroll experience in a large organization Experience with SAP ECP, Oracle, or similar HCM/payroll systems Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas Knowledge of payroll compliance, garnishments, Union Payroll, and HR system. Responsibilities: Process payroll for union and non-union employees across multiple pay frequencies Perform payroll adjustments, audits, reconciliations, and data entry Manage garnishments and ensure payroll compliance Generate payroll reports and analyze data using Excel Support SAP/Oracle payroll system updates and testing Resolve employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams on payroll initiatives Excel assessment during 2nd round onsite interview (pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis) #J-18808-Ljbffr Collabera
