What You’ll Do

• Drive AI adoption across development teams
• Create training programs for developers
• Build high-quality enablement content
• Translate AI capabilities into developer workflows
• Build demos, examples, and reference implementations
• Partner with platform and engineering teams
• Establish best practices for AI-assisted development
• Gather feedback and improve adoption

• This is not a research role focused on training models from scratch.
• This is not a role focused only on writing documentation without technical depth.
• This is not a generic training role disconnected from real engineering work.
• This is not a role limited to presentations, demos, or evangelism.
• This is a hands-on developer enablement role focused on helping engineering teams successfully adopt AI-enabled tools and practices.

Bonus Points

• Experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, internal platform enablement, technical training, or engineering onboarding.
• Experience creating technical videos, screencasts, live demos, or self-service learning content.
• Experience with AI coding tools, agentic development workflows, prompt engineering, code review automation, or internal developer platforms.
• Experience building sample applications, SDK examples, workflow templates, or reference implementations.
• Experience working with GitHub, CI/CD systems, Jira, internal developer portals, documentation platforms, or engineering productivity tools.
• Experience helping organizations adopt new engineering practices at scale.

Compensation

Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations. The anticipated compensation range for this position is - annually. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable. Compensation and benefits may vary by location and are subject to applicable legal, business, and market requirements.
