VP, Corporate Services & Administration

PSG is partnering with a growing global professional services firm on a newly created Vice President of Corporate Services & Administration position due to continued growth and expansion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step into a highly visible leadership role with the ability to truly build, influence, and modernize an organization’s corporate services function. The company is investing heavily in operational infrastructure and looking for a strong people and process leader to help create scalable systems, elevate service standards, and drive consistency across Executive Assistant, office operations, conference services, and corporate travel functions globally. Job Duties Lead and manage a nationally distributed Executive Assistant / Corporate Services organization Create operating models, service standards, escalation paths, and administrative best practices across offices Drive process improvement, governance, and operational consistency in a growing organization Oversee conference services, reception/front-of-house operations, executive support coordination, and workplace services Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, Facilities, Risk & Compliance, and executive leadership Help design and launch an enterprise-wide corporate travel program, including policies, vendor selection, controls, and ongoing governance Develop KPIs, reporting metrics, SOPs, and scalable operational frameworks Support organizational growth, leadership transitions, office initiatives, and change management efforts Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and service-level expectations Ensure high-touch service delivery while maintaining operational rigor and consistency across offices Qualifications 7+ years of experience within Corporate Services, Administration Operations, Executive Support Operations, or Office Operations leadership Experience scaling administrative operations and managing multi-site teams within a complex organization Strong operational and process improvement mindset with experience building structure and scalable workflows Experience implementing governance, service models, SOPs, or enterprise-wide operational initiatives Background supporting executive-level stakeholders within professional services, financial services, consulting, or similar environments preferred Strong communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder management abilities Ability to drive change, influence without authority, and operate with discretion and professionalism Experience with corporate travel programs, conference services, workplace services, or vendor management strongly preferred Excellent overall compensation package including bonus potential, strong benefits, and long-term growth opportunity within a highly respected global organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Professional Search Group
