In this role, you’ll partner closely with executive leadership, lead an in-house marketing team, and bring integrated, multi-channel campaigns to life in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment. What You’ll Do Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, print, and in‑branch channels. Partner with the VP of Marketing & Communications to shape strategy and execution. Own campaign performance, KPIs, and optimization across channels. Champion brand consistency, voice, and visual identity. Manage website content, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising. Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing in‑house marketing team. Collaborate cross‑functionally with branches, lending, business systems, and compliance. Manage external agencies and marketing partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. 7 years of marketing experience required; experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred. 3 years leading creative or digital marketing teams required. Strong experience with marketing automation, analytics, SEO, and content management. Proven success delivering measurable results through multi‑channel campaigns.
