Sales Associate

Job Summary:
The Ups Store #5128 is looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you will assist customers with their shipping, printing, and packaging needs while providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time hourly position in the franchise industry located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with shipping, printing, and packaging needs
- Process transactions, including cash and credit card payments
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Promote and sell additional products and services offered by The Ups Store #5128
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and services
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Follow all franchise operational policies and procedures
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
