Job Title

Registered Nurse – NICU

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Rotating Shift | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
• Work a day/night rotating schedule, including a minimum of 4 nights (48 hours) per 4-week period
• Fulfill required Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shift commitments within each 4-week scheduling cycle
• Rotate holiday coverage every other holiday throughout the contract period
• Flex to support adjacent units, including PICU coverage or 1:1 patient observation as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts (0700–1930 and 1900–0730)
• Availability to meet required weekend and holiday scheduling commitments

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) setting
• Comfort with 1:1 patient observation assignments
