Technical Program Manager

Technical Program Manager Onsite role primarily based at an HPE partner/customer office. Job Responsibilities Lead customer project delivery for large, complex, multi-region or global initiatives, ensuring scope, time, budget, and quality expectations are met. Manage project financials, including P&L, meet or exceed SOAR approved budgets, and provide reliable financial forecasts to management. Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients, supporting early qualification and opportunity assessment for large and complex opportunities; act as the opportunity manager for high‑risk deals. Maintain client relationships and manage complex multi‑function and/or global delivery relationships with senior and executive (C‑level) client management. Communicate the direct value of HPE capabilities to business partners and customers. Lead and oversee project team, managing internal and external resources with a team size greater than 40 people. Mentor and encourage skill development of project team members, provide detailed performance review input, and recommend development opportunities. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in project management or related roles/businesses. First‑level university degree (advanced degree preferred). PMP certification. In‑depth knowledge of key operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management. Recognized as a leader in the company’s PM Professions community. Education and Experience First‑level university degree; advanced degree preferred. Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of project management principles, policies and standards. Ability to develop innovative solutions for complex, high‑risk projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience with executive‑level clients. Proficient in financial management of projects, including P&L oversight. Strong mentoring and coaching skills for team development.
