Location: Astoria, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full Time - Mon-Fri 08:30am-05:00pm (1 Late Evening)
Compensation: Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000 Per Year
Description:
• This position involves overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations in a healthcare setting.
• Located in Astoria, NY, the role requires full-time onsite work with specific shift requirements.
• The Clinical Supervisor will ensure compliance with clinical regulations and oversee patient care management.
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
• Independent license issued by NYS
• Minimum five years of experience working in substance use disorder treatment
• Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with OASAS regulations
• Experience with Medicaid and reimbursement standards
Qualifications:
• Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in crisis management and problem-solving
