Compensation: Pay Range: $70,000-$80,000 Per Year
Description
This position involves overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations in a healthcare setting. Located in Astoria, NY, the role requires full-time onsite work with specific shift requirements. The Clinical Supervisor will ensure compliance with clinical regulations and oversee patient care management.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
Independent license issued by NYS
Minimum five years of experience working in substance use disorder treatment
Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role
Familiarity with OASAS regulations
Experience with Medicaid and reimbursement standards
Qualifications
Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in crisis management and problem-solving
