We're seeking a skilled Weld Tech to support 2nd shift operations. In this role, you'll provide technical expertise for robotic arc welders, spot-welding work cells, and production equipment while helping drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the department.

We're seeking a skilled Weld Tech to support 2nd shift operations. In this role, you'll provide technical expertise for robotic arc welders, spot-welding work cells, and production equipment while helping drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the department.
What You'll Do
- Set up and troubleshoot robotic welding work cells
- Touch up robot programs and adjust weld processes as needed
- Operate machinery and support production when required
- Train new operators and complete necessary production and quality documentation
- Perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and fixture evaluations
- Troubleshoot PLC-related issues
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
- Monitor product quality and report any defects or abnormalities
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience required
- Robotic welding or welding experience preferred
- Familiarity with industrial robots (Yaskawa, Fanuc, etc.)
- Basic electrical knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for 10-hour shifts
- Computer literacy for basic data entry
- Must wear steel-toed shoes and safety glasses in production areas
