Pay: $87,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year Job description: ABOUT FEMINOCENTRIC PT & WELLNESS FeminoCentric Physical Therapy & Wellness is a Pasadena-based specialty clinic dedicated entirely to pelvic health. We serve individuals across all stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, pelvic pain, and complex pelvic floor presentations. Our practice is intentionally structured around quality over volume. As a cash-based clinic, we are free from productivity pressures and insurance-driven constraints, which allows our clinicians to invest fully in each patient and practice at the highest level of their training. WHAT SETS THIS ROLE APART Exclusively pelvic health caseload from day one One-on-one, 60-minute sessions with no double-booking Maximum of 6–7 patients per day to protect clinical quality Clinical reasoning is valued over throughput Autonomy within a collaborative, mentorship-rich environment Genuine investment in your growth as a specialist ROLE OVERVIEW We are currently accepting applications for both full-time and part-time positions. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver individualized, one-on-one pelvic health physical therapy sessions Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including internal pelvic floor assessment when clinically appropriate and with patient consent Design and implement individualized treatment plans addressing movement, strength, coordination, and lifestyle factors Provide patient education to support long-term self-management and independence Complete thorough, timely clinical documentation Collaborate with colleagues to support patient outcomes and team development Maintain professional communication with patients, referral partners, and team members Participate in community education and outreach initiatives as interest allows WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate brings a genuine passion for pelvic health, a commitment to ongoing learning, and the kind of interpersonal warmth that helps patients feel truly seen and supported.
