Before becoming an agent, I spent 12 years in IT marketing, but my passion for helping others, especially with financial planning, led me into agency life. I hold two Bachelor’s degrees and two Master’s degrees, and I am a proud parent of a 20 year old son studying Statistics and Mathematics at the University of Michigan. Outside of work, I enjoy volleyball, pickleball, and yoga, and I stay active in the community through cultural associations and contributions to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Communication and problem‑solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred.
