Welder 1st Shift Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a welder 1st shift to join their team. As a welder 1st shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Hamilton, OH Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour Shift: 1st shift hours: 6am - 4pm (mon-thur / overtime possible on fridays) What's the job? Perform welding operations on a variety of parts according to print specifications Set up welding fixtures to accommodate different part applications Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency Ensure all work conforms to quality standards and specifications Assist in training new team members as needed What's needed? Ability to perform welding with extensive knowledge of aluminum welding (tig and mig) from.063 to 3/8 thickness High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math functions Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and handling physical demands Effective communication skills Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment What's in it for me?
