Translate business and partner needs into detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Act as the point of contact for integration efforts with carrier partners, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams; and drive cross-functional collaboration with developers, quality assurance engineers, carrier relations and product leadership. Ensure that integrations meet performance, reliability and accuracy expectations. Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing, validate technical and business requirements; and prioritize and groom the integration product backlog, based on impact, risk and value.
