Job Title: Striker / Stocker 1st Shift great early schedule!!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Striker. In this role, you will provide essential support to our drivers during delivery routes and assist in our warehouse operations.This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist drivers with delivery duties to ensure timely service.
Help load trucks at the warehouse and support pullers with order preparation as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness of the truck by keeping it free of trash and debris.
Perform all duties with minimal supervision while adapting to changing daily requirements.
Strictly follow all company safety regulations and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
Ability to work effectively in a stimulating, hectic work environment.
Previous building materials experience is a plus.
Desire for professional growth within the company.
Physical ability to lift in excess of 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 25 lbs constantly.
Must be able to stand or sit for up to 4 hours each.
Ability to perform repetitive movements including bending, stooping, reaching overhead, and twisting.
Work Environment:
Indoor/outdoor manufacturing environment
Physically demanding role involving moving materials in various ambient conditions
Exposure to loud noise, sawdust, and varying temperatures
Requires PPE (e.g., safety glasses, ear protection, gloves)
