Central Receiving--Federal Work Study Fall 2026/Spring 2027

Warehouse Assistant
Assists with the delivery of packages on campus and essential central receiving duties.
Inspects shipments for damaged items, accuracy, and quality; signs for shipments received; compares delivery receipts with purchase orders; records received items in PeopleSoft Financials receiving module. Issues materials, supplies and equipment to departments on request and keeps appropriate records. Makes deliveries of goods to appropriate departments on campus. Posts and files items. Keeps the warehouse clean. Assists with document storage; shreds outdated material. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Must be Federal Work Study eligible. Must be enrolled in at least six (6) academic credit hours. Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds.
