Lead Compliance Pharmacist - Non‑Sterile Compounding

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compliance Pharmacist to serve as the Designated Person for our 503A pharmacy. This role partners with the Pharmacist-in-Charge to ensure non-sterile compounding operations are compliant, inspection-ready, and patient-first. You will maintain licensure, support CQI, and help scale compliant pharmacy workflows while coordinating with quality and leadership.
