Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that address their specific mental health challenges. \n
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. \n
- Facilitate group therapy sessions as well as individual counseling, supporting patients with various mental health conditions. \n
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards. \n
- Regularly participate in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay current with the latest mental health research and practices. \n
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for all clients. \n
Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families who may have limited access to traditional mental health care. You will engage with clients facing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relationship challenges. This role necessitates a compassionate approach and the ability to connect with diverse populations.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. \n
- Minimum of two years of experience in a counseling or clinical setting is required. \n
- A strong understanding of clinical practices, legal regulations, and ethical standards within mental health care. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n
- Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and associated technologies. \n

- Experience or specialization in areas like family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred. \n

This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, determined by your experience and caseload.
