What to Anticipate

• Base Salary: A guaranteed compensation of $260,000+ depending on your experience.
• Signing Bonus: A one-time bonus of $20,000.
• Retention Bonus: Available in your second year.
• Patient Load: An average of 18-22 patients daily.
• Call Schedule: Shared call responsibilities.
• EHR System: Utilization of the Epic electronic health record system.

• MD or DO degree.
