What You’ll Do As a Fulfillment Lead , you’ll oversee the daily operations of our manual fulfillment department, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining exceptional quality, accuracy, and security standards. Your responsibilities will include: Lead, coach, and support fulfillment team members throughout the shift Oversee daily manual packaging operations and maintain an efficient production workflow Assign work and balance workloads to maximize productivity Monitor production progress and quickly resolve workflow issues or bottlenecks Receive, verify, organize, and stage incoming work from production Ensure jobs are processed accurately and completed according to customer specifications Perform routine quality checks throughout production to verify packaging accuracy Ensure proper card-to-carrier matching, inserts, labeling, and shipping methods Verify shipping labels and carrier requirements, including FedEx, DHL, and other approved carriers Prioritize work based on shipping deadlines, production schedules, and customer requirements Monitor inventory of packaging materials and communicate supply needs Document production status, quality concerns, and workflow updates Partner with Quality Control, Production, and Operations to resolve issues and improve processes Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with company security and quality standards What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required Bilingual in English and Spanish required Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, production, fulfillment, warehouse, or a similar environment preferred Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience coaching, motivating, and supporting team members Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to work independently while leading a team Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Experience working in secure manufacturing, fulfillment, printing, mailing, or production environments is a plus.
