Dispatcher We are looking for a reliable and experienced Dispatcher to schedule and dispatch temporary janitorial team members to various locations. Pay: $20.00/hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Military Occupational Specialty Code: 88N, 92A, LS, YN, 0411, 3531, 2T1X1, 2T2X1 Responsibilities Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. Schedule and dispatch resources, which may be team members, crews, and teams to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using telephones and email. Ensure timely and efficient movement of team members according to work orders and/or resource schedules. Oversee all communications within specifically assigned area(s). Record and maintain files and records of dispatch information including temporary employee time and schedules. Confer with ABM supervisors and team members to address questions, problems, and requests for temporary coverage. Compile statistics and reports on work progress. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish. One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience. Prior experience scheduling and dispatching 50+ employees.
