We’re hiring a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) who wants strong earning potential, clinical variety, and the opportunity to make an impact in a high-acuity hospital environment.

\n

You’ll step into a clinical role focused on delivering patient-centered respiratory care, including diagnostic testing, oxygen and aerosol therapies, airway management, and invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team caring for patients with complex respiratory needs.

\n • You are a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) / Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP)
\n • You hold an Associate Degree or qualifying vocational education
\n • You’re comfortable with airway management and invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation
\n • You can obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of starting
\n • You can respond confidently to emergent respiratory situations
\n • You value collaborative, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits
\n • $30.34–$41.50 per hour based on experience
\n • Estimated annual base pay of $63,107–$86,320
\n • Sign-on bonus considered on a case-by-case basis
\n • Relocation assistance considered on a case-by-case basis
