Responsibilities Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers. Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance. Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines. Employ problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training. Position Title: Retail Banker Department: Branch Banking Primary Location: North Carolina – Rocky Mount (NC – Rocky Mount WM‑0826) Qualifications 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree. Previous in‑store banking experience is preferred, but not required. Must be positive and engaging. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Education and Certification High School Diploma or equivalent required. Employment Details Work Status: Full‑time. Supervisory Responsibility: No. Travel: Little to no overnight travel expected. Based on occasional business needs, may be expected to cover nearby branch locations up to 45 miles from the assigned branch. Working Conditions: Standing most of the time, may involve walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs.
