New Grad RN: 11-Month Transition to Practice Program

Silver Cross Hospital invites new graduate RNs to join the Transition to Practice Program, an 11‑month, six‑session development track with simulation, evidence‑based review, peer debriefing, and hands‑on precepted practice across core units. Eligibility includes final BSN/MSN within six months or recent graduation, Illinois RN license or NCLEX eligibility, and BLS. Most new grads are placed in full‑time night shifts (7 PM–7 AM) in Medical‑Surgical, Telemetry, Neurology, Oncology, or Post‑Op #J-18808-Ljbffr Silvercross
