• Compensation: $21–$23/hr base + commission/bonus potential

PrideStaff has partnered with an industry-leading medical solutions company to discover a high-energy Inside Sales & Business Development Representative . In this role, you will drive revenue growth by converting warm, qualified patient leads into confirmed appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Perform high-volume outbound outreach (150+ calls/day) to warm, warm-qualified, and prospective patient leads.
• Pipeline Management: Drive the sales process from initial contact to securing scheduled medical appointments.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct active discovery to uncover patient needs, deliver compelling value propositions, and navigate objections with confidence.
• Closing: Consistently hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion quotas.
• Lead Tracking: Maintain accurate tracking of interactions, pipeline progress, and patient data in the CRM.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical and hearing care teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding.

What You Bring

• Experience: 1-2+ years of demonstrated success in inside sales, business development, high-volume outbound phone sales, or appointment setting.
• Track Record: Proven ability to hit or exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal tone, strong active listening skills, and persuasive phone presence.
• Resilience: Highly self-motivated, thick-skinned when handling rejection, and driven by targets.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRMs, MS Office (Word/Excel), and rapid data entry.
• Adaptability: Coachable attitude with a desire to continuously refine sales tactics and pitch delivery.
